Tim was nothing but incredible. He truly has your best intentions and will go above and beyond to find the root of the problem and any access points. He was very thorough with his walk through and used his wildlife knowledge to describe the situation with timelines, size factors, animal species, etc. I'm so thankful he was able to squeeze us in for a last minute appointment.

After 15 years in my house with no sightings of bats, in three weeks we had three different bats enter. We quickly ushered them out, and asked two animal control companies to propose a solution. The first one prescribed thousands of dollars in new screening. In contrast, Mr Stevens carefully worked through my house inside and out according to his knowledge of bat behavior. He became sure there was no colony inside my house, and advised that a small intervention that I had made after the last bat, was exactly what was needed to prevent any incursions, and now a month later, I can confirm that he was right. No more bats!
